Privacy
Written to be accurate rather than reassuring. Where something does reach a server, it says so.

Your audio
Audio files are read by your browser using the file picker or drag and drop. They are decoded, analysed and rendered on your device. The file is never uploaded, and no part of the audio, including its filename, is transmitted anywhere.
This is a consequence of how the tool is built rather than a policy decision that could quietly change: the analysis and rendering code runs in the browser, and there is no upload endpoint for it to send audio to.
Your images
Background and logo images work the same way. They are decoded in the browser and drawn onto the canvas locally. They are not uploaded.
What you export
Exported video files are produced in your browser and saved directly through your browser's download mechanism. They do not pass through a server.
What is stored on your device
If you save a preset, it is written to this browser's local storage. It contains only your visualizer settings: colours, positions, slider values and the name you gave it. No audio and no images are stored. You can delete presets individually in the editor, and clearing site data for this domain removes all of them.
Nothing else is written to your device beyond what the browser caches to load the site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no account system, no session, and nothing to track you between visits.
Analytics
Product analytics are off unless explicitly enabled by whoever is running this deployment. When enabled, the events recorded are which feature was used: that a file was loaded and its container format, that a template was chosen, that an export started, finished, failed or was cancelled, the resolution chosen, and which video encoder ran together with why the faster one was or was not available. No filenames, no audio, no images, and no content of any kind are included. If analytics are not enabled, no events are sent at all.
Events are sent to this site, not to anyone else, and carry no identifier of any kind: there is nothing in them that links one batch to another or to you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is sent at all.
Server requests
Loading the site makes ordinary web requests for pages, scripts, styles and fonts. As with any website, the server hosting it receives the usual request information, including your IP address and browser user agent, in its logs. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party.
The contact form, if it is enabled on this deployment, sends the name, email address and message you type to the server so it can be delivered. That is the only feature that transmits anything you have entered.
Third parties
There are no third party scripts, no advertising, no embedded social widgets and no external trackers on any page.
Your rights over your content
You keep all rights to the music, images and videos you use and create. Nothing here claims ownership or a licence over any of it, and since your files are never received, there is nothing to claim rights over. See the terms for the rest.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that made audio or images leave your device would be a significant change to how the product works, and would be described plainly rather than folded into a policy update.
